Amnesty is already mentioned in the Mission Statement by Lord Master as such:
The Jade Emperor has considered that, people over the world who, in the Lower Age, are immersed in material temptations and myriad self-interests, causing their karmas, must be punished by the Heavenly Justice. As the good-natured are few and the evil too many, so did the Buddhas shed compassion and lead the Saints to descend for the world salvation, first to stop their suffering, second to help them understand the Heavenly Process, advising them to head toward doing good, changing from evil to good and, only in this way, people can hope that the Heavenly Court would grant them amnesty so that they can timely attend the Dragon and Flower Gathering held by the Buddhas.
“Kỳ xá tội nay còn một lúc,
Sao chẳng tu đặng có hưởng nhờ.”
(Khuyến Thiện, Sám Giảng Quyển Năm, Tr. 284)
“Amnesty is now the last chance to have,
Why not practice to benefit from its grace .”
(Exhortation, Oracle Vo V, p. 284)
